A Site Design Expressing Diversity and Internationalism

KIMAP is an English-language program jointly offered by the Graduate Schools of Law, Economics, and Business Administration at Kobe University. It aims to develop leaders who tackle global challenges from an interdisciplinary perspective.

In this site’s design and layout, we set out to fully reflect the program’s core qualities—“interdisciplinarity,” “internationalism,” and “innovation.”

Hero Section: “START YOUR JOURNEY”

On the homepage, we feature a clean yet powerful visual with the message “START YOUR JOURNEY,” evoking the idea that students can embark on a global path from here.

User-Centered Information Architecture

Many visitors will be international students, so we crafted intuitive navigation that makes it easy to find key information with minimal clicks:

We also positioned news and event updates prominently on the homepage, so the program’s active spirit comes through at a glance.

Mobile-First & Global-Ready

We adopted a responsive design to ensure smooth access on smartphones and tablets. The layout is lightweight and streamlined to accommodate users from around the world.

Although the site is English-based, we optimized text volume and spacing for readability and ease of use.
