A website that carries the value of Awaji Island further.
Awaji Island is an important origin for Clickmark. In 2015, we opened our first Japanese base in Sumoto as kreativ.jp, and we continue to operate an Awaji office today. Whether a business needs to communicate its local character, welcome visitors from further away, or make everyday updates easier, we bring purpose, information, design and practical technology together around the work that matters.
We welcome conversations at our Awaji office, through our Kobe headquarters, or online.
When a business needs its local character and its reason to be chosen to come through clearly.
A well-established local business and a business hoping to be discovered from further away both need useful information for a first-time visitor. Before changing the appearance, we clarify what the business needs the website to communicate now.
The character and story behind the business are difficult to understand online
We organise the offer, the people behind it, the value of visiting or choosing it, and the next step so the reason to choose the business is clear.
Booking, buying or making contact still feels harder than it should
Beyond hours and access, we make it easier to understand what is available, how to book or ask a question, and what happens next.
The current site is difficult to keep current
We look at who updates news, products, case studies and seasonal information, then choose a CMS and workflow that can be sustained.
Understand the business today, then build a site that can keep working.
Nothing has to be fully defined before we speak. In person or online, we organise what exists, what is changing, and what should happen next in a practical order.

Questions before getting started
Does Clickmark still have an office on Awaji Island?
Yes. Our first Japanese base opened in Sumoto in 2015 and continues as our Awaji office. Meetings can be arranged through Awaji, Kobe or online depending on the project.
Can we talk if the scope is still unclear or the business is small?
Absolutely. Start with what you want to communicate, what is difficult with the current presence and when you hope to make progress. We can clarify the necessary pages and priorities together.
Can Clickmark support the website after launch?
Yes. We can support content, products and case-study updates, WordPress checks, forms, technical questions and the next practical improvement.
